Lars Schwarz (Fredericton, NB) was on the podium in both of his races this past weekend for the Tommies, claiming a gold and a silver.

The first-year runner placed second in the 3000m while breaking a Tommies school record by nearly 15 seconds. He finished the race with a time of 9:13.56.

Later that day Schwarz won the 1500m with a season best time of 4:22.03.
