Chelsey Hall, a first-year runner from Upper Kingsclear, NB, had a solid performance at the Saint Mary’s University Open this weekend. Hall broke her own STU record in the 300 meters, crossing the finish line in 45.41 and earning a second-place finish in the event. The rookie runner also holds university records in the 800, 400, and 600 meters.
