Shannon Morris, a third-year thrower from Saint John, NB, had a strong showing at the Gagetown Indoor meet this weekend. Morris finished first in senior weight throw and set a new STU record with a distance of 11.50 meters. She also finished second in senior shot put with a throw of 9.26 meters.
