Travis Valanne, a second-year guard from Miramichi, NB, was a key contributor in the Tommies’ 65-58 victory over the UNBSJ Seawolves on Saturday. Valanne shot 50 percent from the field for 15 points to go along with five rebounds, two assists, and one block. With the win, the Tommies clinched the final spot in the Atlantic Collegiate Athletic Association Men’s Basketball Championships.
