Tommies Fall 93-84 to Seawolves

The St. Thomas University Tommies lost a close one to the UNBSJ Seawolves in ACAA men's basketball action Sunday in Fredericton. 

After falling behind 53-44 after 20 minutes, the Tommies battled back in the second half but weren't able to close out the game on route to a 93-84 decision in favour of the Seawolves.

Sam Drummond was outstanding for the Tommies, collecting 28 points and seven rebounds. 

The Seawolves were sparked by Steven Ryan, who poured in 21 points. 

The Tommies are back in action Wednesday when they host the Holland College Hurricanes. Game time is 7:00 pm at the Lady Beaverbrook Gym.
