Her dedication and skill on the field have made her a standout player, and we are thrilled to have her STU. "Madeline is a strong and disciplined defender that will add tenacity and grit to our group. Every local coach speaks highly of Maddie's growth and passion for the game" said Coach David Itoafa.
"I am excited to join a small university close to home that will allow me to continue pursuing my passion for soccer while earning a post-secondary degree," said Madeline. "St. Thomas University offers the perfect blend of academic excellence and athletic opportunity, and I am eager to contribute to the success of the women's soccer program."
In addition to her athletic pursuits, Madeline has a keen interest in psychology and criminology, reflecting her commitment to understanding human behavior and societal dynamics. Outside of soccer and academics, Madeline enjoys biking, painting, and music, showcasing her diverse interests and well-rounded personality.
"I believe the STU Women's Soccer Program has a great vision for growth that aligns perfectly with my values," Madeline added. "Their emphasis on team culture and player development both on and off the field resonates with me, and I am eager to be a part of such a positive and supportive environment."
