Fredericton, NB- The St. Thomas University Tommies handed the Dal AC Rams a 3-1 loss Saturday afternoon at the Lady Beaverbrook Gym. 

The Tommies were led on the offensive end by Megan Mills who had 18 kills on the day, while Olivia Ormond chipped in with 10. Mills also had a game high 20 digs. Jillian Ferguson had 9 kills for the Rams. 

The Tommies jumped out to 2-0 lead after winning the first two sets 25-10. The Rams bounced back in a thrilling third set, 25-23. That momentum was short lived as the Tommies finished off the match 25-18. 

The Tommies head to Truro, NS on the 10th to face this Rams team, while the Rams will travel to Saint John to play the Seawolves on Sunday, February 3rd.
