2nd year setter, Henry Doucet, is this week’s Supplement King Male Athlete of the Week.
The Truro, NS native led the Tommies to two straight set victories over the USA Dragons on the weekend.
Doucet had 27 assists on Saturday and followed that up with 30 on Sunday, as the Tommies controlled both matches from start to finish.
“Henry was a leader for us over the weekend both offensively and defensively,” said head coach Henri Mallet. “Not only did he lead a diverse offence, but he was also aggressive from the service line with five aces.”
The Tommies had an efficient .353 hitting percentage over the weekend, thanks in large part to Doucet’s ball distribution.
