STU Tommies Athletics

Mackenzie Gillespie-Tracey, of Saint John, NB, joins the Athletics Department as the Athletic Therapist after completing an honours degree in Applied Health Science – Athletic Therapy at Sheridan College.

During her time at Sheridan, Mackenzie worked with many organizations such as the Oakville Soccer Club, Brock University and the Ottawa Redblacks. Before attending Sheridan College, Mackenzie graduated from UNB Saint John in 2018 with a Bachelor of Science (Psychology).

Mackenzie has been involved in sport for most of her life, primarily as a competitive gymnast for 10 years. She continues to maintain an active lifestyle and is passionate about helping Tommies athletes do the same.

Mackenzie began working at St. Thomas in August 2022.
