The St. Thomas University Tommies defeated the UNBSJ Seawolves 65-40 in ACAA women's basketball action Sunday at UNBSJ.

Bridget Frazee scored 18 points, had 5 assists and 4 rebounds to lead the Tommies to victory. Vanessa Soffee also had a strong game with 15 points, 7 steals and 4 rebounds. Sam Stordy added 11 points and 6 rebounds.

Kathryn Magee had 14 points for the Seawolves. Jillian McNally added 8 points, 7 rebounds and 3 assists.

The Tommies improved their record to 8-3 which is good for 3rd place while the Seawolves remain in 6th place with a 2-9 record.

The Seawolves next game will be February 1 when the UKC Blue Devils come to town for a 2:00 PM matchup. The Tommies also play at 2:00 PM on the 1st of February when they visit Crandall for a game against the Chargers.
