MONCTON -- Aude Massé and Katherine Dubuc each scored twice to lead Université de Moncton Aigles Bleues (10-10-1=21pts, 6th position) to a 5-3 win over St. Thomas University Tommies (17-4-0=34pts), Friday evening at the J.-Louis-Lévesque Arena in an Atlantic University Sport women's hockey game.

The Marc-André Côté team heads off to Nova Scotia today (Saturday) to meet St. Francis Xavier University X-Women (13-5-3=29pts, 2nd position).

Katryne Villeneuve had the other marker for the winners. Chantal Beauchamp collected three assists and Maëlle Rioux, two. Kaylee Vader, Lauren Henman and Becky Conner replied for the visitors. The score was tied at 1-1 after 20 minutes and Moncton led 3-1 after 40. The Blue and Gold was ahead 4-1 at the beginning of the third. The visitors managed two goals to get within one point, but the second Dubuc goal in an empty net, with 20 seconds left to play, was the assurance.
