The St. Thomas University Tommies track and field team put up some strong performances at the Jump Start Moncton Open.
Highlights include two record-breaking finishes by first-year runner Chelsey Hall, who set the new university benchmark for the 300 meter and 800 meter with times of 45.9 and 2:30.42, respectively.
Laura Whitty, a first-year thrower from Cornwall, PEI, earned new personal bests in shot put and weight throw.
