Paul Nozicka is building towards another special performance at the AUS Cross Country Championships which will be hosted by St. Thomas University, October 31.

In 2014, Paul set a new STU record by finishing 19th at the conference Championships. At the UdeM cross country meet held on October 17, Paul was the 18th university runner to count for championship placing and 27th overall out of 68 finishers. 

For the team placing at the UdeM meet, STU finished 8th for both men and women but nine of the 13 STU runners were rookies. Many of the STU runners are also using cross country as training toward the indoor track and field season. 

This was a fantastic meet for everyone involved and St. Thomas University looks forward to hosting the other AUS teams at O'Dell Park on October 31.
