Tues Sept 5 - Intro Session - 7:30-8:30pm at James Dunn Hall Classroom G5
Wed Sept 6 - Training Session - 5pm meet at J.B. O'Keefe Fitness Centre for 5:30pm at Queen's Square
Sat Sep 9 - Training Session - 8:30am meet at J.B. O'Keefe Fitness Centre for 9am at O'Dell Park
Mon Sept 11 - Training Session - 5pm meet at J.B. O'Keefe Fitness Centre for 5:30pm at O'Dell Park
Pratices runs will continue recurring on Mondays Wednesdays and Saturdays outside of personal training times.
