Tommies Drop 95-73 Decision to Mounties

The St.Thomas University Tommies dropped a tough 95-73 decision to the Mount Allison Mounties this afternoon at the Lady Beaverbrook Gym.

The Tommies matched the Mounties in the first quarter, but were down 43-33 at the break. The Mounties outscored the Tommies by 12 in the second half on route to their seventh win of the season.

The leading scorer for the Tommies was rookie Carlo Theriault, who collected 23 points off the bench.

The Mounties were led Thomas LeGallais with 18 points.

The Tommies will look to bounce back tomorrow against Holland College at 4:00 pm.
