Chargers Blank Tommies 1-0

The St. Thomas Tommies men's soccer team fell to the Crandall University Chargers by a score of 1-0 Saturday afternoon at Scotiabank Park South.

The Tommies seemed scattered as Crandall dominated possession for the majority of the game. This allowed them to hold on to their 1-0, which came in the seventh minute when Matthew Daly tapped the ball past Tommies keeper Nicolas Levesque.

Much of the game was controlled in the midfield, which proved to be territory crucial for the Tommies.

The Tommies are back in action Sunday afternoon at 1:00pm when they face the University of New Brunswick Saint John Seawolves.
