SAINT JOHN, NB - The St. Thomas Tommies Track and Field team was in action Saturday February 20^th at the Irving Oil Field House for the REDS University Invitational. This meet was the first opportunity for many teams to return to competition since December, with eight teams represented.

In the 60m dash preliminaries, Malia Leighton ran 9.41 and Ben King ran 8.40. Leighton ran 53.90 in the 300m, while King finished in 47.79. Dhruv Manish completed the 600m in 2:04.11. Tristan Eisnor ran 3:36.14 in the 1000m and 5:54.25 in the mile.

The Saint Thomas Tommies Track and Field team will be back in action for a final exhibition at the Atlantic Indoor Championships in Saint John on Saturday March 12^th before the 2022 Subway AUS Track and Field Championships on March 18^th and 19^th in Moncton.
