The St. Thomas Tommies competed in the AUS-RSEQ interlock event hosted at Odell Park in preparation for the AUS Championships.

Ryan Terry was the top Tommies runner, finishing the 8 km race in 29:11. Will Leek and Matt Dumont were the next Tommies finishers, crossing the line in 34:41 and 38:30 respectively.
