Tommies Open Second Half with 75-63 Win Over Mounties

The St.Thomas University Tommies earned a 75-63 win against the Mount Allison Mounties, Saturday afternoon at the Lady Beaverbrook Gym.

The loss was the first for the Mounties this season, dropping them to 6-1, while the Tommies improved to 3-3.

Jessica Patenaude was the leading scorer for the Tommies with 19 points, while Bridgett Frazee added 14. 

Kiersten Mangold led the way for the Mounties with 18 points and one block.

The Tommies will look to battle for another win at home against the Holland College Hurricanes tomorrow at 2pm.
