Tonight in ACAA Women's Basketball the UNB Saint John Seawolves hosted the St. Thomas Tommies, the Seawolves came out on topwith a final score of 61 - 58.

From start to finish both teams went head to head, the plays were gritty and they never stopped hustling! 

Charlee Connors led the charge for the Tommies to put up 19 points and 8 rebounds, and Celine Sterckel added 11 points and 9 rebounds. For the Seawolves, Laura Prekaj led the team with 15 points, 5 rebounds and Kate Griffin added 14 points and 3 rebounds. In her rookie year, Avrey Alward had 13 points with 11 rebounds and starting guard, Brynna MacKenzie put up 11 points and 5 rebounds.

This makes 2 wins for the Seawolves so far in the regular season, the next home game will be on Saturday, December 2nd against the UKC Blue Devils.
