Two on-ice sessions per day.

Age appropriate off ice training and skills development.

Age appropriate hockey classroom sessions as well as a session with Dr. Ashley Duguay Certified Mental Performance Consultant (CMPC).

All sessions prepared and delivered by St Thomas University players and coaching staff.

A great way to get prepared for upcoming tryouts but also to just have some late summer fun.
