Hoang, born and raised in Winnipeg(MB), began his tenure as Head Athletic Therapist in August 2024. He holds a degree in Bachelors of Kinesiology—Athletic Therapy from the University of Manitoba. Prior to his current role, Hoang gained experience as an Athletic Therapist and Personal Trainer at AlteaActive, where he honed his expertise in strength and conditioning, as well as rehabilitation. He is also a Certified Personal Trainer (CSEP-CPT) through the Canadian Society for Exercise Physiology. Additionally, he worked with the Western Women's Canadian Football League (WWCFL) as an Athletic Therapist

Hoang is passionate about advancing his knowledge in the field and has a particular interest in the biomechanics of the human body. In his leisure time, he enjoys staying active through various sports, including volleyball, basketball, snowboarding, pickleball, cycling, and jiu-jitsu.

Hoang is dedicated to ongoing education and aspires to one day serve as an athletic therapist in the NBA.
