Tommies Add UPEI transfer Nick Hogan as first 2025-26 recruit
Fredericton, NB — The St. Thomas University Men’s Soccer program is pleased to welcome Nick Hogan, a goalkeeper from Fredericton, New Brunswick, who is transferring from the University of Prince Edward Island for the 2025-26 season.
Hogan, who previously competed with the UPEI Panthers in AUS competition, brings university-level experience and a calm, confident presence between the posts. Hogan is returning home to Fredericton and is eager to contribute to the Tommies continued growth and success.
“After one training session with new head coach Miles Pinsent, I knew the winning mentality of the team was something I wanted to be a part of and help grow as a leader,” said Hogan. “I’m excited to get started and for the opportunity to help the team continue to compete for championships.”
Known for his communication and shot-stopping ability, Hogan will add depth to the Tommies goalkeeping unit as the team prepares for a competitive ACAA campaign under Coach Pinsent's leadership.
“It is great to add a high-caliber local player to our roster. I am pleased to add depth and competition to the Keeper position for next year." said Pinsent.
