Tommies win 3-0 against Holland Hurricanes

Fredericton, NB ST Thomas Tommies secured another win at home against the Hurricanes; the game ended with a 3-0 score for the Tommies. 

Tommies started the game strong, winning the first set 25-20. Raphael Fiset had a very good first set, contributing multiple serve points. The second set saw several kills from Jacob Tratch, helping the Tommies extend the lead. Tommies took the second set 25-16. 

"Really good game today, first 3-0 of the season; really happy for that; tomorrow will be a close game, tough game, top-ranked team; we had a close game against them last weekend, but I feel there is a strong chance of winning," Jacob Tratch said after the game.  

Despite Holland's' evident effort, the Hurricanes struggled to finalize points, ultimately unable to thwart the Tommies' dominant performance. STU Tommies maintained their composure and sealed the win in the third set with a score of 25-17.

Notable performances in the game included Carson Gray and Nathan Willis, both with 6 kills for the Hurricanes, while for the Tommies, Austin Hamilton led the team with 11 kills, and Jacob Tratch contributed with 6. 

STU Tommies will host USTA on November 26, while Holland Hurricanes will host Crandall University on December 2
