The St. Thomas University Tommies swept the USA Dragons 3-0 in ACAA women's volleyball action Sunday morning at the Lady Beaverbrook Gym.
The Tommies fought a tough battle in the first set, winning a close 26-24, and followed that up with set scores of 25-08, and 25-12.
Hannah Millier and Deidra Jones slammed the Tommies to victory, with Millier getting seven kills and Jones with six. The Dragon's were led by Mélina Loisier who tallied six kills in the loss.
The Tommies are set to play at home again on February 4 against Mount Allison at 2:00 pm.
