The St. Thomas Tommies bested the Mount Allison Mounties 3-1 at home in Sunday afternoon volleyball action to victoriously wrap up the Think Pink weekend at the Lady Beaverbook Gym.

The Tommies were led by Megan Mills, who had a total of 12 kills and 14 digs, while the Mounties' Marika Wildeboer fought back with 10 kills.

Set scores were 25-14, 20-25, 25-22, and 25-23.

The Tommies now sit in third place in the ACAA with a record of 12-5. The Mounties are in sixth place with five wins and 12 losses.

The Tommies are back in action Wednesday when they take on the UNBSJ Seawolves in Saint John. The Mounties will visit the USA Dragons on Saturday.
