Rexton's Little to join the Tommies Women's Volleyball program for 2021-22

Coach Don McKay unveils his first recruit for next season in Chloe Little, a 5’ 10” player who can use her height in playing any of the 3 front row attacking positions.

Chloe is a product of the Richibucto Spikers and Moncton Fusion Club Teams, along with her school JV & Varsity teams at MFR as well as several teams of the Volleyball New Brunswick Elite Program.

In choosing St Thomas, Chloe has been recruited by Coach McKay since November. "STU has a great Psychology program and I believe I will continue to flourish in my volleyball career with the Tommies."

Once she completes her Bachelor of Arts degree, Little intends on pursuing STU's prestigious Social Work program. "I want to help people who need help" Chloe says.

After a fruitful youth career Chloe was recently selected to compete with the top players of her age through Volleyball NB’s Provincial Excellence Program.

"She is passionate about the game and I am certain she will be a good teammate by being friendly, talkative & encouraging," the coach mentions. "I believe she will fit in well with the type of athletes we have been bringing to the Green & Gold."

Coach McKay also adds "We are excited to have Chloe join us as we continue to bring in players who will put in the work, have passion and commitment to our team being one of the best in our League and Nationally, year after year."

Although Covid-19 put a halt to the ACAA regular season, the Tommies continue to train in preparation of potential exhibition matches in the Winter semester and the highly anticipated 2021-2022 season.
