Coach Don Mackay acknowledged the team's efforts while pinpointing areas for improvement. "We didn't get as many blocks or passes as we needed, and when you combine those two things, no matter who you play against, it's hard to get a good result. We'll take this game as a learning process; we will analyze our opponent during the week and hope to get a better result next weekend".

Madyson Parlee led MSVU with 14 kills, while Kathleen Boyle had 13 for the Tommies.

St. Thomas University will visit UNBSJ on Saturday, November 11, while MSVU will host DAL AC on Friday, November 10.
