The St. Thomas Tommies competed in the AUS-RSEQ interlock event hosted at Odell park in preparation for the upcoming AUS championships.

Chelsey Hall was the first Tommies runner to cross the finish line with a time of 25:56. Demara Pafford and Noelle Gouchie were the next finishers, crossing the line at 30:11 and 31:08 respectively.
